GENERAL INFORMATION
Bookings for 2024/2025 season open online on June 1st 2024 at midday (12pm).
Bookings can be made for the entire camping season (1st of September 2024 - 30th of April 2025).
The maximum length of stay you can book for is 59 nights with a maximum of 180 nights per year. This is in line with the Victorian Tenancies Act.
The booking system will be served on a first served basis. There is no guarantee that you will be allocated the site that you have selected, even if this is stipulated on your booking confirmation. This is due to a booking conflict that occurs rarely when multiple guests are booking simultaneously.

PEAK SEASON INFORMATION
Peak Season will run from Saturday 21st of December 2024 - Saturday 1st of February 2025.
Bookings can be made for 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks in duration. You may wish to book for longer than the 6 weeks.
If you would like to book from January 6th for 2 x weeks, please contact the office to book due to technical issues.
If you are wanting to arrive on the 13th of January, 3 x week minimum booking is required.
All bookings will have an arrival AND departure day of Saturday (unless arriving before the 21st of December 2024 or staying past the 1st of February 2025).
NOTE: Arrivals are NOT permitted on the 28th of December.
SUMMER WAITLIST
If you do not secure a site, please fill out the required form here.
The waitlist will run on a first serve basis allocating sites to guests as cancellations occur.
We will be in touch if we receive a cancellation that meets your needs.
RATES
Rates are reviewed yearly and have been raised this year due to increased financial requirements which have seen cost to serve increase substantially.

The ‘Stay 7 Pay 6’ deal is applied only when 7 consecutive off-peak nights are booked. If your 7 night booking coincides with a peak period (e.g. Cup Weekend) you will be charged nightly.

3rd of March 2025 to 30th of April 2025
Peak tariffs and minimum stays of 3 nights apply to Public Holiday/ Long Weekends in off peak periods.

Cup Weekend - 1st of November to 5th of November - 3 x night minimum
Christmas Holidays (peak season) - 21st of December to 1st of February - 3 x night minimum. Please read above regarding arrival/departure dates*
Labour Day - 7th of March to 10th of March - 3 x night minimum
Easter - 17th of March to 21st of April - 4 x night minimum
Anzac Weekend - 24th of April to 27th of April - 3 x night minimum
